This client thought they were embarking on a brand new pool build. Everything changed when they discovered a 45 year old concrete pool buried in precisely the same place! Turns out they unearthed a hidden gem in great condition, and the Mayfair team were easily able to shift tracks and renovate rather than build.
The original brief was to construct a new pool in the backyard useable for all the family – much to everyones surprise, an old concrete pool was unearthed in the same spot where the “new” one was to go. Given the concrete structure was in great condition it was a no brainer to shift tracks and refurb the old pool. With Mayfair’s proprietary fibreglassing process its a straightforward process to bring the old up to the new.
