After chlorine had eaten away this pool’s concrete surface it was time for a refresh. A new custom fibreglass interior and a tiled infinity edge mosaic add light and brightness enough to match the view.

 

Over many years chlorine had eaten away the surface of this concrete Northland infinity pool, creating a rough texture and a dark look not at all in keeping with the brightness of the home and stunning blue waterfront surrounds.

The new custom-sprayed fibreglass pool interior evokes the lightness of the blue bird skies above and the bay waters below, while the mosaic tiled infinity edge adds sparkle and light to even a rainy outlook.

I was born in Canada, and grew up around Vancouver and the mountains of British Columbia. My love of pristine environments led me to New Zealand and eventually to the mountains, lakes and rivers of the central North Island which is home. My family’s heritage is here, and it’s from here that Korio traverses the planet.
