With an elegant home designed to encompass the stunning views of Te Mata Peak, these clients were wanting a beautiful oasis to complement their lifestyle while highlighting the natural beauty of the landscape.

The hard lines of the pool, block wall, and pergola beautifully offset the natural contours of the land. With a stunning contemporary garden blending the hard elements with the land.

I was born in Canada, and grew up around Vancouver and the mountains of British Columbia. My love of pristine environments led me to New Zealand and eventually to the mountains, lakes and rivers of the central North Island which is home. My family’s heritage is here, and it’s from here that Korio traverses the planet.
