“Craig or as we call him “our knight in shining armour’ was the only man we could find to take our pool renovation on; but more than that he did it happily without it seeming like ‘Everest’!
At 240,000 litres and the challenge of being coastal meant the high water table level and resulting pressure created some hurdles and ‘tests’ but he took in his stride and explained it to us every step of the way.
He gave us time and help in considering pool colours and tile options and explained to us options for updating areas such as our pool lights and waterfall giving us clear price options for variable budgets.
During that process the exceptional care of the property by protecting assets and cleaning down surfaces as if it was his own house showed he cared about the bigger picture not just the immediate project.
